Project Tasks:

  1. Perform SEO optimization of the website for high-frequency and mid-frequency key phrases in relevant languages:
    • Russian: «HR консалтинг Бишкек», «кадровый консалтинг Кыргызстан», «подбор персонала Бишкек», «оценка персонала», «система мотивации персонала», «HR аудит» etc.
    • English: «HR consulting Bishkek», «recruitment Kyrgyzstan», «personnel assessment Kyrgyzstan», «HR solutions Bishkek» etc. (Target local search in Kyrgyzstan + possibly Kazakhstan / neighboring countries).
  2. Create a new website with a design that strictly follows the company’s current color scheme and brand book guidelines (or inferred brand identity):
    • Use colors from the existing logo/header/buttons/accents of hrlab.kg (primarily corporate blue tones + white/gray/neutral palette — confirm exact HEX codes during kick-off).
    • Maintain professional, modern, trustworthy corporate style suitable for HR consulting (clean layout, emphasis on trust, results & expertise).
    • Incorporate company mission, values, key statistics (years of experience, satisfied clients, etc.) prominently on the homepage.
  3. Add / restructure detailed descriptions of all main services (in at least Russian and English; consider Kyrgyz if needed):
    • Recruitment & talent acquisition
    • Personnel assessment & diagnostics
    • Motivation & KPI systems development
    • Personnel adaptation & onboarding
    • Training, development & coaching
    • HR audits & system implementation
    • Other customized HR solutions
  4. Include sections for case studies / client references (gratitude letters, success stories — already present on the site, migrate & improve presentation).
  5. Add team / experts section (profiles of key partners: Джумабаева Жыпар, Шекекова Жылдыз etc. with specializations).
  6. Implement contact & callback forms, integration with WhatsApp / phone for quick inquiries, map with office location (Shopokova 89, Bishkek).
